Based in Silicon Valley, Douglas Madden brings more than 18 years of experience in retained executive search and leadership consulting, helping organizations identify and attract transformational leaders across SaaS, software, AI, infrastructure, fintech, and high-growth innovation sectors.

Madden brings more than 20 years of retained executive search experience, advising technology companies and their investors on critical leadership appointments. He has worked extensively with venture capital, private equity, and publicly traded companies, with particular expertise across enterprise software and FinTech. His executive search experience spans CEO, C-suite, and Board-level appointments.

Prior to joining Odgers, he was a Managing Director in ZRG’s Technology Practice. Earlier, he held senior roles with Korn Ferry and co-founded Renaissance Leadership, a boutique executive search firm focused on serving the technology sector.
