New agents enable employee self-service and identity administration capabilities in Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise

DENVER, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Ping Identity, a leader in securing digital identities for the world’s largest enterprises, today announced three new identity agents that let employees and authorized administrators complete common identity tasks in Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise using natural-language conversations. Employees can now manage device authentication, while authorized administrators can reset passwords, terminate sessions and manage access without moving between Gemini Enterprise and separate identity-management interfaces.

From Conversation to Identity Action
Ping’s new agents connect natural-language requests to defined identity actions through Ping APIs, within the authority established for each use case and user.

The PingID Device Management Agent gives signed-in employees a conversational way to manage their authentication devices. Employees can pair a replacement phone, view registered devices, rename a device, select a default device or remove an old device without navigating a separate management interface. Built on a least-privilege model, the agent holds no standing credentials and cannot independently access resources or perform operations without direction from the authenticated user.

Bringing Identity Administration Into Gemini Enterprise
Ping brings conversational experience in Gemini Enterprise to help desk and identity teams through the PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud Administrator Agent and PingOne Administrator Agent. Both agents support user, access and session management. Within their assigned access controls and administrative permissions, authorized administrators can use natural-language requests for common tasks such as resetting passwords, managing MFA enrollment and reviewing user activity.

For changes within the Advanced Identity Cloud implementation, only approved operators can access it, and the agent requires explicit confirmation before taking action. 

The PingID Device Management Agent, PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud Administrator Agent and PingOne Administrator Agent are available now on Google Cloud Marketplace. All three agents are built for Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise using Google’s Agent Development Kit.
