Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine brings his culinary expertise to Bonefish Grill with two limited-time dishes benefiting the Robert Irvine Foundation

TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Bonefish Grill is proud to announce a partnership with the Robert Irvine Foundation to support service members, veterans, first responders and their families. Guests can now enjoy two limited-time dishes created by Chef Robert Irvine, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the foundation’s mission to strengthen the physical and mental well-being of those who serve.

Developed exclusively for Bonefish Grill by Chef Robert Irvine now through Dec. 31:

Wood-Grilled Sage Ribeye – A 13-ounce ribeye expertly finished with a rich smoked sage demi-glace, then topped with golden, crispy onions and garnished with fragrant fried sage. Served alongside Bonefish Grill’s signature garlic whipped potatoes and a seasonal vegetable, the dish showcases Chef Robert Irvine’s approach to bold, flavorful creations.

Thai Coastal Grouper – Wood-grilled grouper finished with a comforting Thai green curry sauce and balanced with a bright pineapple salsa. Garnished with pickled Peruvian drop peppers and paired with perfect jasmine rice, the dish brings together layers of vibrant flavors and textures in every bite.
