Northeast Foot and Ankle, with locations in Portsmouth and Nashua NH, adds RPA to nearly a decade of regenerative care.
PORTSMOUTH, NH, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Dr. Jennifer Sartori, DPM, a foot and ankle surgeon and the founder of Northeast Foot and Ankle, now offers the Genesis Regenerative Protein Array (RPA) at her practice’s offices in Portsmouth and Nashua. According to Genesis Regenerative, Northeast Foot and Ankle is the first practice in New Hampshire to offer RPA. For patients on the Seacoast and across southern New Hampshire, that means they no longer need to look outside of the state for a clinician.
Originally from New York, Dr. Sartori moved to New Hampshire after her residency and spent four years in private practice in Nashua before founding Northeast Foot and Ankle in 2006. Today, the practice sees patients from age 5 to 85 for anything involving the foot and ankle, including surgery. As she explains it, “I became a doctor because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping patients overcome pain and injuries so they can get back to doing the things they love and enjoying an active, healthy lifestyle.1
That goal of getting patients back to their activities is also what brought regenerative options into the office. “We’ve been offering regenerative medicine treatments in our practice for nearly a decade, helping patients explore innovative, nonsurgical options for managing pain and getting back to the activities they enjoy.1 Dr. Sartori says. The practice started with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and, over the years, added MLS laser therapy and shockwave therapy, along with custom-molded functional orthotics when a mechanical issue is involved. RPA came next. She first learned about it “about two years ago at an educational conference,”1 and it has since become the newest option at the practice.
Genesis describes RPA as an acellular, non-DNA regenerative protein array containing naturally occurring signaling proteins, developed for use by qualified medical practitioners. At Northeast Foot and Ankle, it may be offered alongside MLS laser or shockwave sessions. A typical RPA visit takes 30 to 45 minutes, and a follow-up is usually scheduled six to eight weeks later.
RPA also anchors the second stage of the Genesis Roadmap to Health, which the company launched in August and describes in three stages: Assess, Repair, and Maintain. In the first stage, pharmacogenomic and nutrigenomic testing provide insight into how a patient may respond to prescriptions, diet, exercise, and environmental factors. RPA follows as the repair stage, and a needle-free transdermal patch delivering peptides and therapeutics, such as NAD+, supports the maintenance stage. The Roadmap is available to clinicians across the Genesis Regenerative network.
Dr. Sartori’s own process follows a similar order. Every plan at her practice begins with an individual evaluation, is built around the patient’s specific problem and lifestyle, and continues with follow-up visits to see how things are progressing. The goals behind those plans vary widely, ranging, in her words, from “simple things like playing with their grandchildren to as ambitious as running a marathon; our goal is to help patients get back to doing the things they love.1 As with any option at Northeast Foot and Ankle, an independent practice, whether RPA or any part of the Roadmap is appropriate for a given patient is a decision made between that patient and their clinician.
